Luca Cecchetto (Branch Manager, Casa Finder, HouseTree Group. May 2026)

Francesco's excellence as a Tech Lead is obvious right away, but working alongside him you quickly discover his real added value: a proactive attitude. He is a professional who doesn't wait for questions to be asked or for problems to surface: he reads the situation and steps forward with targeted advice ahead of time. I greatly appreciated how none of his insights is ever an 'exercise in style', but always turns into solutions of extraordinary effectiveness in the field, unblocking complex situations and delivering tangible benefit. If you are looking for someone who constantly raises the bar for the project and the team, Francesco is the right person.

Paul Broussouloux (Tech & Innovation, NF-Ticket, Paris. September 2023)

I called on Francesco's services for the development of a website for NF-Ticket. Francesco performed very well both in the design work and in the technical development, and was full of proposals for feature additions and changes. The deadlines were well respected and he stayed available after the project for the handover of the code. Even though Francesco is Italian, he has a very good command of French and grasped well all the complex requests I put to him. I very warmly recommend Francesco to any company (French or otherwise) looking to build a website / web app. I remain available on LinkedIn if you would like to talk about it by message!

Jason Murra (Senior Social Media Manager. March 2023)

After meeting by chance at a networking event, I had the pleasure of starting a web3 project together with Francesco. Beyond his hard skills, on which there is little to add (in an extremely good sense!), I found in him soft skills that are absolutely not to be underrated, such as great personal organisation and the ability to meet deadlines perfectly, along with a strong disposition for active listening in service of reaching goals effectively and efficiently. In short, Francesco is a person of great value and marked qualities, a collaborator to hold on to.
