He performed exceptionally well both in design and technical development, consistently bringing forward proposals for additions and improvements. Deadlines were met and he remained available after the project to hand over the code. Despite being Italian, he has an excellent command of French and handled every complex request I put to him with ease. Francesco a été très performant tant dans la réalisation design que dans le développement technique, il a su être fort de proposition pour des ajouts/modifications de fonctionnalité. Les délais ont bien été respectés et il est resté disponible après le projet pour la passation du code. Oltre alle sue hard skills sulle quali non c'è molto da aggiungere (in senso estremamente buono!), ho trovato in lui delle soft skills assolutamente non da poco: una grande organizzazione personale e capacità di rispettare perfettamente le scadenze, oltre che una grande predisposizione all'ascolto attivo in funzione del raggiungimento degli obiettivi in modo efficace ed efficiente.
