Accessibility

I want everyone to be able to read this site. It is static HTML with semantic markup, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, colour contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA, and support for reduced-motion preferences. Every meaningful image has alt text, and the content reads fine with JavaScript off. Search is a progressive enhancement, not a requirement.
